The hotel is lovely and spotless. Kassandra at the front desk was sweet and accommodating to my coffee needs (LOL, she hooked me up). We ordered food from the restaurant and took to our room, it was delicious and I didn't need to season anything. I had the grilled chicken and he had the Phillie Cheese Steak, I highly recommend both. The room was super clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. Huge TV with lots of options. The pool was a little cold (first world problems right?) and there isn't a hot tub even though it comes up as an amenity and is seen in photos, that's really my only negative thing. The breakfast was tasty and had lots of choices as well.
I called and spoke to Eswin. He is very professional, helpful & a great attitude. I’ll be in state for a meeting. He let me know of restaurant & breakfast hotel offers. Great to know I do not have to leave the hotel during my stay. Thanks Eswin, you’re PHENOMENAL!
My experience at this hotel was wonderful. My husband and I (Texas) were there with 2 other couples(Detroit) and we enjoyed our time spent. I had to write this review because everyone at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, lobby and rooms. We are a group that loves to have fun, and we appreciate the hotel for accommodating us on everything. I know I might forget some names, but I want to thank, Darryl, Bryan, Matt, the lady waitress that brought us drinks outside on Friday night, the lady cook, waiters, desk clerks, everyone was very pleasant, it's been a long time since I stayed at a hotel were everyone was so friendly. On behalf of myself, my husband and my friends we want to say thank for your professionalism and hospitality this weekend (June 20-22) it was wonderful, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. 10 stars needs to be given.
The hotel was clean and nice. It had a nice pool and work out area (that I did not use). The rooms appeared recently overhauled. There was a restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner, but I did not eat there.

I enjoyed using the fitness center and taking a refreshing dip in the heated indoor pool. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, perfect to start my day. The location was ideal, with easy access to downtown attractions and nearby dining options. The area felt safe and well-kept, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Northwest exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Indianapolis area. Thank you to the amazing staff for making my visit so memorable—I can't wait to return!
Place is clean. TVs are not smart and pillows aren't great. Breakfast is decent. Staff are friendly and great. They have a water bottle filling station. This is the very best feature I've seen in any hotel. No more drinking bathroom sink water or having to bring in or buy a bunch of water bottles. I've stayed at the other hotels in the area. This is the best.
The Hilton Garden Inn was a very beautiful hotel: from the chandeliers at the entrance to the chandeliers and furniture throughout the first floor. Each staff person was very attentive and kind. An unexpected emergency happened during my visit. As a result, I needed an extra day, and they were very accommodating. Gabby was very kind to me during my visit. There were other events happening in the hotel, but there was adequate space for everyone. The room provided very sound sleep because the hotel was built well. It is also in a perfect location to access the highway. It is a great hotel for business and leisure travel.
